Whole-person wellness. Seven ways to support it.
Health is shaped by more than one behavior, one diagnosis, or one moment in time.
Elevate uses seven interconnected pillars to guide how we design programs, partnerships, and experiences that support the whole person.
A single class, workshop, appointment, Community Circle, or event may support several pillars at once.
Programs, Pathways, and Pillars work together to make Elevate easier to understand and explore.
What do you want to do?
Classes, workshops, appointments, Community Circles, Special Events, and Community Partnerships.
What may fit me?
Explore programs connected to your stage of life, abilities, environment, interests, or goals.
How do we support wellbeing?
Prepare, Move, Nourish, Restore, Connect, Discover, and Create guide the experiences we build.
Each pillar represents a different dimension of wellbeing. They are designed to overlap rather than stand alone.
Build readiness, knowledge, confidence, skills, and capacity for what comes next.
Build strength, mobility, balance, endurance, coordination, and confidence through movement.
Support health through nutrition, sustainable habits, and practical everyday choices.
Create space for recovery, regulation, rest, healing, and renewal.
Strengthen relationships, belonging, support systems, and community.
Learn, explore, assess, experiment, and better understand what supports you.
Make room for creativity, curiosity, expression, imagination, purpose, and play.
Most Elevate programs are not designed around just one pillar. The value often comes from how several parts of wellbeing are supported together.
Preseason ski and snowboard conditioning can help participants build readiness, physical capacity, confidence, and connection.
Prepare + Move + Connect
Prenatal- and postpartum-informed movement can support physical wellbeing, recovery, nervous-system regulation, learning, and community.
Move + Restore + Connect + Discover
Hands-on youth programming can combine movement, curiosity, teamwork, creativity, and practical learning.
Move + Connect + Discover + Create

Different pillars may become more important at different times in your life.
You might come to Elevate to prepare for ski season, return later for recovery support, join a Community Circle during a difficult season, or participate in a creative or community program simply because it brings you joy.
The framework is designed to support change rather than lock you into one path.
The seven pillars help guide more than individual programs. They also influence how Elevate works with people and community partners.
We look beyond a single problem or performance goal to the broader factors that support wellbeing.
We aim to translate expertise into skills, habits, and experiences people can use in everyday life.
Health is supported by relationships, community, environment, and access to resources.
Different people need different forms of support at different times.
