Our Team

Clinical know-how. Community energy. People who care about helping you participate fully in life.

Different Expertise. Shared Purpose.

Elevate brings together healthcare professionals, coaches, instructors, facilitators, and community experts who share a common goal: making health, wellness, movement, learning, and connection more practical and accessible.

Some team members provide clinical or individualized services. Others lead classes, workshops, Community Circles, screenings, or community programs. Together, they help create the range of experiences that make Elevate unique.

One Team. Many Ways to Support Wellbeing.

Elevate is designed to connect different forms of expertise rather than treating wellness as a single service.

Evidence-Informed

Clinical knowledge, professional training, and current evidence help shape programs and services when appropriate.

Practical & Approachable

Our goal is to translate expertise into experiences that make sense in everyday life and feel welcoming to different backgrounds and ability levels.

Connected to Community

Elevate works with local organizations, healthcare professionals, instructors, partners, and community members to expand what is possible.

Community Expertise Matters

Not every Elevate program begins with a traditional healthcare role. Some of our most meaningful experiences come from collaboration with instructors, educators, artists, coaches, peer leaders, organizations, and people with specialized community knowledge.

Through Community Partnerships, Elevate can help connect local expertise with programs that support health, learning, creativity, performance, and connection.
