Jen was born and raised in the Eastern Sierra.  As the daughter of two physical therapists, she has found great joy in joining the profession herself and giving back to the communities in which she was raised.  From this background, she has seen and experienced the power of strong, supportive communities and their ability to enact meaningful real world change.  This has inspired and motivated her work to develop and promote this integrative lifestyle health and community wellness program to elevate the health of all.
