Move With the Support of Water

AquaFit & Flow is a gentle, low-impact pool class that combines cardiovascular exercise, strength, mobility, balance, and flowing movement.

The buoyancy of the water can reduce impact while the natural resistance of the pool creates opportunities to build strength, coordination, and endurance.

The class may be a good fit for people returning to activity after a period of deconditioning, those looking for lower-impact exercise, or anyone who enjoys moving in the water.

What You'll Work On

Cardiovascular Fitness

Build endurance through water-based movement, intervals, and continuous activity at an appropriate pace.

Strength

Use the resistance of the water to challenge the upper body, lower body, and core without relying on heavy loads.

Mobility

Explore comfortable range of motion and controlled movement with the support of the pool.

Balance & Confidence

Practice coordination, balance, and movement confidence in a supportive aquatic environment.
