Intuitive Painting is a guided creative experience focused on curiosity, self-expression, and the process of making art rather than producing a particular finished result.
Classes begin with a brief grounding practice and gentle creative prompts that invite you to explore color, movement, emotion, and expression on canvas.
There is no need to know what you are going to paint before you begin. The practice encourages you to experiment, follow your instincts, and see where the process takes you.
Experiment with colors that catch your attention without needing to follow a prescribed palette.
Use brushstrokes, marks, texture, and gesture to explore movement on canvas.
Create space to explore ideas, feelings, memories, or simply what emerges in the moment.
Practice experimenting without needing to judge, fix, or perfect the outcome.
Begin with a brief grounding or mindfulness practice to arrive and settle in.
Use gentle prompts as a starting point, then allow your painting to develop in your own way.
Notice the experience of creating, what surprised you, and what you discovered along the way.
No artistic experience is required.
A welcoming way to experiment with painting without needing technical experience.
Try a less structured approach to making art and see what emerges.
Use creativity as an intentional pause from the pace of everyday life.
Step away from technique and expectations to explore a more instinctive creative process.
Intuitive Painting is not about creating a technically perfect painting. It is about giving yourself permission to experiment, make unexpected choices, and create without judgment.
You may follow a prompt, ignore it, change direction, paint over something, or simply explore what feels interesting in the moment.
There is no single "right" outcome.
Intuitive Painting combines creative activity with moments of grounding, attention, and reflection.
The class can provide a welcoming space to reconnect with creativity, practice being present, and enjoy the experience of making something without pressure to perform.
Your registration includes a canvas and paint supplies for the class.
