Sometimes you do not need a class.
You simply need the right space, the right equipment, and time to do your own work.

For some participants, Open Gym is an important part of the transition from structured rehabilitation or Bridge programming toward independent training.
Participants in ACL Bridge, Overhead Athlete Bridge, Joint Replacement Bridge, or another structured Elevate program may use Open Gym to complete approved between-session work when included in the program.
Open Gym itself, however, is not a Return to Sport program and does not provide medical clearance or individualized rehabilitation.
