Build a strong, confident base for movement and sport. Athletic Foundations is designed to help participants develop the essential skills that support performance across all activities—whether they’re just getting started or looking to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.
This program focuses on the fundamentals that every athlete needs but often skips: proper mechanics, balance, coordination, strength, and control. Through guided sessions led by a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Athletic Trainer, participants learn how to move well first so they can perform better in any sport.

Athletic Foundations is ideal for youth athletes building long-term skills, refining movement patterns, preventing injury, and enhancing overall performance. All experience levels are welcome.
