Ease out of winter and get your body ready for a full season of swinging and overhead sports. Back in the Swing of Things is a pre- and early-season program designed to help athletes safely transition into activities like golf, tennis, pickleball, baseball, softball, swimming, climbing, and volleyball.
After months of different movement patterns, it’s common to jump back in too quickly, leading to stiffness, poor mechanics, or overuse injuries. This class focuses on restoring mobility, building strength, and refining the movement patterns that drive powerful, efficient swings and overhead motion.
Led by a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Athletic Trainer, each session is structured to improve how your body rotates, stabilizes, and generates force so you can perform better and stay injury-free.
