Get ready to transition from winter into spring with strength, confidence, and resilience. Hit the Ground Running is a pre- and early-season training program designed to help walkers, hikers, backpackers, and runners safely build back into road and trail activity while reducing the risk of common overuse injuries.
This class focuses on the key areas that matter most for efficient, pain-free movement, especially after a season of snow sports or reduced mileage. Led by a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Athletic Trainer, each session blends targeted strength, mobility, and movement training to improve mechanics and support long-term performance.
