Move With Intention

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art and mind-body practice that combines slow, coordinated movement, posture, breathing, and focused attention.

Elevate classes emphasize learning forms and movement principles in an approachable group setting, with time to practice balance, coordination, control, and mindful movement.

All experience levels are welcome, and no prior Tai Chi experience is required.
