You Don't Have to Navigate It Alone

Community Circles bring people together around shared experiences, health conditions, caregiving roles, life transitions, and challenges that can be easier to navigate with support.

Circles are facilitated by trained staff, clinicians, or peer leaders who help create a respectful space for conversation, learning, practical resources, and connection.

You are welcome to participate at your own comfort level. Sometimes that means sharing. Sometimes it simply means being present and listening.

What to Expect

Each Community Circle is different, but they share a few important qualities.

Connection

Spend time with people who may understand parts of your experience in a way that others cannot.

Facilitation

A trained facilitator helps guide conversation, maintain group agreements, share resources, and create space for participants.

Practical Support

Depending on the Circle, meetings may include education, coping strategies, movement, resource-sharing, reflection, or skill-building.
