Living with diabetes often means making many small decisions throughout every day.
Food, movement, medications, technology, stress, sleep, work, travel, and unexpected glucose changes can all become part of the picture.
Range Riders creates a welcoming place to talk about those everyday experiences, learn from others, and connect with a community that understands some of the same challenges.

You do not need to attend every meeting or begin at a particular point.
Participants may attend when a topic, conversation, or connection feels useful and return as often as they choose.
There is no expectation that everyone share personal information. Listening and simply being present are welcome ways to participate.

Share resources, announcements, questions, or takeaways before concluding the meeting.
Range Riders is a community wellness and support gathering.
It may include general education about diabetes and diabetes self-management, but it is not a medical appointment, individualized diabetes education, nutrition counseling, or a substitute for care from your healthcare team.
Questions about medications, insulin dosing, glucose targets, treatment changes, or other individual medical decisions should be discussed with the appropriate healthcare professional.
Range Riders is intended to be welcoming, respectful, and supportive.
Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories or identifying information outside the group without permission.
Because Range Riders is a community gathering rather than a private clinical encounter, share only what you are comfortable discussing in a group setting.
