COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
Elevate works with schools, employers, sports organizations, adaptive recreation programs, athlete communities, and other local partners to bring wellness, education, movement, performance, recovery, and connection into the places where people already live, work, learn, train, and gather.
Our partnerships are built around shared goals and real community needs.
Explore Partnerships Partner With Elevate
Some of Elevate's most meaningful work happens outside our own facility.
Through community partnerships, we can meet people where they are and create wellness experiences that make sense for a particular school, workplace, team, event, or community.
That may mean bringing a workshop to a group, supporting athletes at an event, providing preseason screening, creating employee wellness programming, or connecting community members with resources available through Elevate and Mammoth Hospital.
There is no single Elevate partnership model.
Each relationship is shaped by the people, organization, setting, and goals involved.
Understand the community, participants, environment, and goals before designing a program.
Bring together local organizations, community leaders, healthcare professionals, and other appropriate partners.
Develop programming, education, screening, events, or experiences that fit the setting.
Help people discover additional wellness and healthcare resources when appropriate.

Create interactive wellness experiences at races, festivals, school events, or community gatherings.
Develop education, movement, performance, recovery, or wellness programming for a specific group.
Coordinate appropriate screening or assessment programs for teams, employees, or community groups.

Connect community audiences with practical health information and appropriate professional expertise.
Elevate is part of Mammoth Hospital, which creates opportunities to connect community wellness with clinical expertise when appropriate.
Some partnerships focus entirely on education, movement, connection, or wellness.
Others may benefit from collaboration with sports medicine, physical therapy, athletic training, medical providers, or other healthcare professionals.
The level of clinical involvement depends on the program, setting, and needs of the community.
Elevate partnerships are designed to expand access to wellness, education, movement, and community resources.
They do not replace individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation when clinical care is needed.
When appropriate, Elevate can help participants discover related Mammoth Hospital services and community resources.
Not every collaboration needs its own partnership page.
Elevate also works with community organizations, events, local experts, nonprofits, and other partners through specific programs and shared initiatives.
As relationships grow, some may develop into deeper evergreen partnerships featured here.
