COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP
Supporting active people across training, competition, recovery, and everyday life.
Elevate partners with local clubs, athlete communities, and endurance events to bring performance, recovery, wellness, and connection closer to the people who move through the Eastern Sierra.
Partnerships may happen at Elevate, at an event, on the trail, or within an athlete's training environment.
Explore Partnerships Event Support Train at Elevate
Athletes do not experience training, competition, recovery, and wellbeing as separate parts of life.
Elevate's athlete partnerships are designed around that reality.
We work with clubs, event organizers, teams, and athlete communities to bring practical wellness and performance resources into the places where people already train, compete, recover, and connect.
Programming may vary by partner, event, sport, season, and community need.
Support strength, conditioning, movement, and preparation for sport and active living.
Bring mobility, recovery, reflection, and restoration into training and event environments.
Share practical information about movement, recovery, readiness, and sustainable participation.
Create spaces for athletes to connect, reflect, and discover local wellness resources.
Elevate has worked with local clubs, teams, and event communities to support athletes across different sports and stages of participation.
Partnership around cycling, community events, recovery, and wellness for the local mountain bike community.
Support for elite athletes through access to Elevate's movement and strength training space.
Finish-line recovery, reflection, and community support through Elevate's Trailrest experience.
EVENT WELLNESS
Some of Elevate's most visible athlete partnerships happen directly inside community sporting events.
These activations bring recovery, education, reflection, and connection to athletes when those resources are most relevant: after the ride, run, or race.
Elevate's Brake Pad recovery station brings post-ride wellness and recovery support to cycling events such as Pedalpalooza.
The concept is simple: create a place for riders to slow down, recover, move, and reconnect after time on the bike.
Offerings may vary by event and can include mobility, recovery education, self-directed tools, or other wellness activities.
At Mammoth Trailfest, Elevate's Trailrest experience creates a finish-line space focused on Restore and Connect.
Athletes can slow down, recover, reflect, and spend time in community after a demanding day on the trail.
Depending on the event, the space may include reclining chairs, exercise mats, foam rollers, guided recovery, limited hands-on recovery services, and a reflection area for sharing lessons, motivation, and encouragement.
Performance is not only about training harder.
Recovery, sleep, mobility, nutrition, stress, and sustainable training habits also influence how athletes feel, adapt, and continue participating over time.
Elevate's event-based recovery experiences are designed to introduce practical ways to make restoration part of the athlete's routine.
Elevate has also supported Mammoth Mountain's Ripping Over 50 camps with wellness and performance workshops designed for active adults who want to keep skiing, riding, and moving with confidence as they age.
Workshop topics may vary from camp to camp and can include movement, mobility, strength, recovery, readiness, and other practical strategies for supporting long-term participation in mountain sports.
The goal is not to define what an athlete "should" be able to do at a particular age, but to provide useful tools that support continued activity, performance, and enjoyment.

PERFORMANCE + TRAINING
Elevate's Mammoth location provides space for strength, movement, conditioning, education, and recovery.
For selected community partnerships, the facility can also serve as a training resource for athletes whose programs align with Elevate's mission and available space.
Through Elevate's relationship with Mammoth Track Club, eligible elite athletes may use the Elevate gym for strength and conditioning workouts.
The partnership helps connect high-level endurance training with access to a community performance and wellness space in Mammoth Lakes.
Access is based on the established partnership and current facility availability rather than general public open-gym access.
Elevate's performance programming is designed to support movement qualities that can matter across many sports.
Depending on the athlete and program, areas of focus may include:
Build the capacity to produce and manage force for sport and everyday movement.
Explore mobility, coordination, balance, control, and efficient movement strategies.
Build sport-relevant work capacity and preparation for changing training demands.
Athletes do not need to belong to one of Elevate's partner organizations to participate in eligible community programs.
Performance offerings may include seasonal conditioning, strength programming, assessments, screenings, and individual services.

Athletes can also explore recovery-focused opportunities through Elevate outside of special events.
Depending on current programming, options may include recovery services, mobility, classes, mind-body practices, and other wellness resources.

Training and competition can be important, but they are only one part of a person's life.
Elevate's Community Circles offer free opportunities for connection, education, reflection, and peer support around a range of health and life experiences.
Athletes, coaches, family members, and community members are welcome to explore circles that fit their needs and experiences.
Explore Community Circles
Elevate's community performance and wellness programming is distinct from individualized medical care, physical therapy, or injury rehabilitation.
Athletes with new injuries, significant pain, recent surgery, activity restrictions, or other clinical concerns should follow the guidance of an appropriate healthcare professional.
Mammoth Hospital Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, and other clinical services remain available when medical care is needed.
You may encounter Elevate at the finish line, at a cycling event, during a community race, or through another local athlete gathering.
These event partnerships are one way we bring wellness resources outside the walls of Elevate and into the active community.

Clubs, teams, race organizers, and community groups interested in performance, recovery, wellness education, or event support are welcome to start a conversation.
Partnerships are built around the organization, participants, event, location, and goals rather than using one standard format.
