Miles for Mammograms is an accessible two-mile community walk bringing people together during Breast Cancer Awareness Month to move, learn, connect, and support access to breast cancer screening.
Walk at your own pace, complete a family-friendly scavenger hunt, learn more about breast health, and finish with hot cocoa and community at Mammoth Creek Park.
An accessible community walk designed to welcome different ages, abilities, and paces.
Add a little discovery and fun along the route with a family-friendly interactive scavenger hunt.
Paid adult registration includes an Elevate Mammoth beanie. Additional beanies will be available for purchase.
Finish your miles with hot cocoa, conversation, and time together as a community.
Proceeds from Miles for Mammograms benefit the Mammoth Hospital Foundation affordable mammography program, helping improve access to breast cancer screening for people in our community.
Participation in the walk is one small way to support earlier access to screening while helping keep affordable health resources available close to home.
Miles for Mammograms also creates an opportunity to learn more about breast health and breast self-awareness.

Yes. Miles for Mammograms is designed as a family-friendly event, and children may participate free of charge.
Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. Owners are responsible for keeping dogs under control and cleaning up after them.
Dress for Eastern Sierra fall weather and bring comfortable walking shoes and water. Layers are recommended.
