Register for First Tracks What to Expect About Season Ready
First Tracks is part of Season Ready, a series of free Elevate community events designed to help you prepare for the activities you look forward to each season.
Season Ready events combine education, movement, and selected screening or performance activities to help you understand your starting point, learn what your season demands, and identify practical next steps.
Come to learn. Try something new. Ask questions. Then decide what you want to keep building.
Before the snow flies, First Tracks gives you an opportunity to explore some of the physical qualities that contribute to winter sport performance.
The event combines brief performance-oriented screening with practical education about movement, strength, conditioning, balance, and preseason preparation.
You can use what you learn to help guide your own preseason activity or explore an Elevate program such as Skihab if you would like more structured training.
First Tracks is not a medical exam or sport-clearance event. It is designed to help you learn, move, and prepare.
