Class FAQs

Why is Aquatics Beneficial?

Water’s buoyancy unloads your joints so you can move more freely, and often with less pain, while still getting real work done. The water gives smooth, 360° resistance to build strength and mobility without impact, and its gentle hydrostatic pressure supports circulation and helps calm swelling. It’s ideal for recovery days, arthritis or prenatal/post-op needs, and a safe place to retrain balance and confidence before returning to land.

What You'll Do

  • Shallow- or deeper-water intervals for strength/cardio
  • Mobility and balance work with water support
  • Options for recovery days, arthritis, and prenatal

Who It's For

  • All levels
  • Ideal for joint sensitivity, return-to-movement, cross-training, pregnancy/post-op (as cleared by your clinician).
