Pilates is a method of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements emphasizing proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscular balance. Pilates is highly accessible and can be modified to provide beginners with a gentle stability program or seasoned athletes with a progressive challenge.

  • Breath-led core activation and spinal articulation
  • Hip/shoulder control with props (rings, bands, light weights)
  • Technique cues and a take-home sequence
