Get ready for opening day with dryland training built for skiers and snowboarders.
Skihab is a preseason strength and conditioning program focused on the physical qualities that support winter mountain sports: strength, balance, mobility, endurance, power, and movement control.
Whether you're chasing first chair, earning turns on the skin track, carving groomers, or getting ready for a full winter on the mountain, Skihab helps you prepare before the lifts start spinning.

Skiing and snowboarding ask the body to repeatedly absorb force, produce power, maintain balance, and control movement through changing terrain.
Skihab provides a structured preseason opportunity to begin rebuilding those physical qualities before winter is in full swing.
The program combines dryland strength, conditioning, mobility, balance, and dynamic movement in a small-group environment with options for different experience and fitness levels.
Skihab is designed for skiers and snowboarders who want structured preseason physical preparation.
Build strength, balance, and conditioning for more confident days on the mountain.
Prepare for repeated turns, lower-body loading, balance, and dynamic whole-body movement.
Build strength and endurance for uphill travel, longer days, and demanding winter terrain.
Prepare for a winter season that may involve long days, repeated physical demands, and significant time on snow.
Sessions are designed around the physical demands of skiing and snowboarding.
Develop strength through the hips, legs, and lower body for repeated winter sport demands.
Challenge single-leg stability, coordination, body position, and dynamic control.
Practice producing and controlling force through dynamic lower-body movement.
Build work capacity for repeated efforts, longer sessions, and full days on the mountain.
Maintain useful hip, ankle, and trunk mobility for winter movement.
Build trunk control for balance, force transfer, and coordinated whole-body movement.
Skihab uses a circuit-style format with exercise options and progressions that allow participants to work at an appropriate challenge level.
Exercises can be modified based on training experience, fitness, and comfort.
Regular participation throughout the preseason allows exercises and training demands to progress over time, but individual sessions can also stand alone.

On-snow technical coaching should come from an appropriately qualified ski, snowboard, or mountain sports instructor.
