This seven-week workshop is taught by a yoga therapist and offers an approachable introduction to the chakra system and the “energetic organs” that help us understand stress responses, postural habits, emotional holding, and areas where strength or steadiness may be needed.
Each 90-minute session blends gentle movement, breathwork, guided awareness, and therapeutic practices used in yoga therapy. The progression is designed to help you feel more organized in your body, more balanced in your daily life, and more attuned to the ways different parts of you influence one another.
Yoga Labs offer a focused, experiential approach to yoga that blends movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness. Labs highlight a specific theme or skill area, helping participants explore how yoga supports strength, mobility, stress regulation, and overall well-being.
Yoga improves flexibility, core stability, balance, and mental clarity. Regular practice can reduce stress, support healthy posture, improve functional movement, and enhance emotional resilience. Yoga Labs help translate these benefits into daily life through repeatable, practical tools.
Sessions integrate accessible postures, guided breathing, and simple mindfulness practices. Instruction emphasizes body awareness, safe alignment, and the ability to adapt poses for individual needs. Participants move at a steady, comfortable pace designed to build confidence and presence.
Open to adults of all experience levels. Movements and postures can be modified for comfort, ability, and personal goals.
