  • Water’s buoyancy unloads your joints so you can move more freely, and often with less pain, while still getting real work done. The water gives smooth, 360° resistance to build strength and mobility without impact, and its gentle hydrostatic pressure supports circulation and helps calm swelling. It’s ideal for recovery days, arthritis or prenatal/post-op needs, and a safe place to retrain balance and confidence before returning to land.
