Time-boxed training blocks that blend strength, mobility, and skills so you’re ready for the season ahead. Built and coached by PTs/ATs with progressions for every level, clear benchmarks, and take-home drills.

Build a personal toolkit for stress and recovery grounded in evidence-based skills. Expect simple frameworks, breath and mindset tools, and plans you can use at work, at home, and in life.

Yoga Labs

Deeper-dive, skill-focused clinics on mobility, breath, and nervous-system regulation. From restorative/yin labs to stronger flows, learn safe alignment and personalized modifications, and leave with a take-home sequence.

Workshop & Series FAQs

  • How do I register?
    Use the “Register” button below (Mindbody Enrollments). Choose your date, sign in, and confirm.

    What’s the difference between a workshop and a series?
    Workshops are single-session or one-day intensives. Series run weekly over multiple weeks with a defined start and end date.

    Is there a minimum enrollment?
    Yes. Most offerings require 3 participants. If a session is under-enrolled 24 hours before start, we may cancel and return your payment as your choice of an account credit or a full refund.

    Is there a waitlist?
    Yes. If a spot opens up to 24 hours before start, Mindbody auto-enrolls you and notifies you. If you can’t attend, remove yourself to avoid late-cancel terms.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • Workshops (single session): Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full credit or refund. Inside 24h is nonrefundable.

    • Series (multi-week): Cancel at least 3 days before the first session for a full credit or refund. Inside 3 days or after the series begins is nonrefundable.

    Can I transfer to a different date?
    Yes, one complimentary transfer if requested ≥24 hours before your workshop, or ≥3 days before a series start, subject to availability.

    If Elevate cancels (weather, power, instructor illness)?
    You’ll receive an email/text and your choice of a full refund or credit.

  • What if I miss a session in a series?
    We offer one make-up in a comparable class within 30 days, space permitting. Additional missed sessions are forfeited.

    Can I join a series late or pro-rate?
    You may join a series after it has started at any time if space allows. A drop-in price will be offered if vacancies exist after the start of a series.

  • What should I bring?

    • Yoga Labs: Comfortable clothing, water, and a mat (we have limited mats/props).

    • Safety & Family Education (CPR, Safe Sitter, Birthing): We provide all training equipment and handouts. Please bring snacks, water, clothing layers for comfort, and a notebook.

    • Art for Healing: We provide materials. Please wear clothing you can create in.

    Will there be hands-on instruction?
    Yes, instructors obtain consent and offer alternatives.

  • Are there age requirements?
    Age guidance appears on each event page. Typical ranges: Safe Sitter® 11–14, CPR/First Aid 14+, Birthing Education is for adults/partners, all others are typically 16+.

    Do I need prior experience?
    Not for most offerings. Any prerequisites will be listed on the event page.

    Do I receive certification for CPR/First Aid?
    If the course is labeled as a certification, you’ll complete skills checks and receive a digital card from the certifying body, typically within 7 business days.

  • Where are workshops held?
    Most sessions meet at Elevate (121 College Pkwy, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546). The event page notes any off-site locations (i.e. pool, outdoor venues, etc).

    Parking & access?
    On-site parking is available. Please allow extra time in winter for snow/ice.

    Weather or power outages?
    Safety first. We may postpone for storms/outages. You’ll receive a full refund or credit if you can’t attend the new date.

  • I’m pregnant or managing an injury. Can I still attend?
    Often yes. Please email us when registering and arrive early to discuss modifications.

    Accessibility?
    We welcome all abilities. Email us if you need accommodations. Some locations have specific access notes on the event page.

  • Do you bill insurance for workshops/series?
    No, workshops & series are cash-pay.

    HSA/FSA?
    Typically not, unless part of a clinician-prescribed program. Please check with your plan.

    Do you offer group or employer bookings?
    Yes. See For Organizations → Workplace Wellness or Request a Proposal to bring a private course (CPR, Safe Sitter, Birthing, Yoga Lab) to your team.
