Aquatics

Low-impact, pool-based training that builds strength, mobility, and cardio without pounding the joints. Ideal for recovery, arthritis, prenatal/post-op, or cross-training at altitude. All levels welcome.

pilates

Core-centric training for spine health, hip/shoulder control, and better movement mechanics. Mat sessions with props emphasize precision, alignment, and control.

Fitness

Evidence-based strength and conditioning for real-world life. Train endurance, stability, and power with modifications and progressions that meet you where you are.

Tai Chi

Slow, intentional forms that improve balance, coordination, and joint health while easing stress. Excellent for fall-prevention, recovery, and lifelong movement quality. Beginners welcome.

Meditation

Guided breathwork and mindfulness to calm the nervous system, sharpen focus, and improve sleep. Perfect for stress management, recovery days, and pre-event nerves. No experience needed.

Yoga

Mobility and breath-led movement to restore range, reduce tension, and build resilience. Options range from gentle/yin to stronger flow with modifications offered for every body.

Class FAQs

  • How do I book a class?
    Use the schedule below (Mindbody). Choose your date, sign in, and confirm.

    Can I cancel or reschedule?
    Yes, cancel in your Mindbody account up to 12 hours before class. Late cancels (<12h) and no-shows forfeit the class credit (drop-ins are nonrefundable).

    What if the class is full?
    Join the waitlist. If a spot opens up to 2 hours before class, Mindbody auto-enrolls you and notifies you. If you can’t make it, remove yourself to avoid a late cancel.

    Is there a minimum enrollment?
    Yes, classes with fewer than 3 participants 3 hours before start may be canceled. You’ll be notified and your credit is returned.

    Do you offer memberships or class passes?
    Yes, see Memberships & Packages for drop-ins, multi-class passes, and monthly options.

    Can I book for a friend or family member?
    Each attendee needs their own Mindbody profile. You can purchase a pass as a gift and they’ll book with their account.

  • Do you bill insurance for classes?
    No, classes are cash-pay.

    Are classes HSA/FSA eligible?
    Generally no, unless part of a clinician-prescribed program. Check with your plan.

    What is your refund policy?
    Class purchases are nonrefundable. If you cancel before the 12-hour window, the class credit returns to your account.

  • When should I arrive?
    Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and set up.

    What should I bring/wear?
    Clean athletic shoes, water, and a towel. For Yoga/Pilates, bring a mat if you prefer (we have limited mats/props). For Aquatics, bring a suit, towel, sandals, and a water bottle.

    Where do I check in?
    Check in at the front desk or with your coach/instructor. No paper ticket needed.

    Is there parking?
    Yes, please allow a few extra minutes in winter for snow/ice conditions.

  • What level are the classes?
    All levels. Coaches/instructors provide regressions/progressions and modifications. Please tell us your goals or limitations.

    I’m pregnant or have an injury—can I join?
    Often yes. Please arrive early to discuss modifications. For acute issues, start with a PT appointment.

    Altitude considerations?
    Hydrate, pace yourself, and expect a higher heart rate than at sea level.

    Accessibility?
    We welcome all abilities. If you need accommodations, reach out via our Contact page and we’ll set you up.

    Are kids allowed?
    Adult classes are 16+ unless labeled Youth. No childcare is available.

    Photography & privacy
    We respect privacy. No photos without consent. Please silence devices.

    Illness policy
    Skip class if you’re sick (fever, cough, GI illness). We’ll help you reschedule within policy.

  • Do I need to know how to swim?
    Many sessions are shallow-water and low-impact. Tell your coach your comfort level so we can tailor safely.

  • What about storms or power outages?
    Safety first. If we cancel due to weather or outages, we’ll text/email you and return your credit. Keep Mindbody notifications enabled.

  • I can’t log into Mindbody / my pass isn’t showing.
    Use Forgot Password in Mindbody or contact us via the Contact page with your full name and the email tied to your account.

    How do I manage notifications?
    In Mindbody: Profile → Settings → enable email/text for schedule changes and waitlist promotions.
