Live Well Mammoth is a free community wellness lecture series offered through Mammoth Hospital's Elevate program.  Lectures occur on the 2^nd Wednesday of the month from 5:30-6:30PM in the Elevate Lobby (121 College Pkwy, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546).  Attendees are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages.  A Microsoft Teams meeting link is also provided for community members who are unable to attend in-person.

Join Mammoth Hospital men’s pelvic health physical therapist Catherine Bergeron-Radoux for an evening of education and open conversation addressing men’s health from prostate and pelvic floor function to mental well-being. This free community event is geared toward an adult audience. Light appetizers and drinks will be provided.

A community walk for breast cancer awareness and screening access. Proceeds support Mammoth Hospital Foundation’s affordable mammography program. All abilities welcome. Family-friendly event, strollers and leashed friendly dogs OK. Event T-shirt included in registration.

A MMSA employee wellness 5-week, twice weekly preseason strength and conditioning program. In-person and PT-designed and led.

Together we will honor babies gone too soon and hold space for the families who carry their memory. We will join the global wave of light movement at 7:00PM with a candle-lighting and collective release ceremony. We kindly request that babies and children not attend as their presence may be a difficult trigger for grieving families. No childcare will be available on-site.

An 8-week, 100% remote-access preseason strength and conditioning program designed by an industrial sports medicine AT for MMSA employees.

Mammoth Hospital & Elevate are the proud official medical provider of Pedalpalooza. In addition to providing on-site medical coverage for riders, Elevate will host The Brake Pad with stretching mats, foam rollers, and lounge chairs at the finish line to help riders recover.
