Men’s pelvic health is often overlooked, yet it plays a vital role in core strength, bladder and bowel control, sexual function, and overall quality of life. In honor of Men’s Health Awareness Month, join us in an engaging and practical talk where we’ll break the silence around pelvic floor issues that affect men of all ages - from athletes and young professionals, to new fathers and retirees. We’ll cover topics such as prostate health, post-surgical recovery, and incontinence, all in a straightforward and approachable way. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and engage in open discussion with Mammoth Hospital Physical Therapy’s Catherine Bergeron-Radoux, who specializes in Pelvic Floor Therapy with a special interest in men’s health. Whether you’re seeking to prevent problems, recover from injury, or simply understand your body better, this session will empower you to take an active role in your pelvic health and overall wellness by making the most of the resources our community has to offer! This free community event is geared toward an adult audience. Light appetizers and drinks will be provided. Kindly RSVP to help us plan for your attendance.
