Rehab gym is designed to support individuals in physical therapy or those transitioning out of formal physical therapy treatment. Our well-equipped facility offers a safe environment for individuals to complete their physical therapy exercises with a Mammoth Hospital physical therapist or athletic trainer available on-site to offer accountability and support. Whether you're recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, rehab gym sessions are intended to empower and resource you to restore movement, build strength, and foster independence, confidence, and resilience.

Rehab gym sessions may provide the space and opportunity for individuals to develop independence and consistency in their exercise program, thereby decreasing the frequency and cost of formal PT appointments. Individuals should be independent in their exercise program.

Rehabilitation Gym is offered Mondays & Wednesdays 2:30PM - 3:15PM and Fridays 10:00AM-10:45AM.

Rehabilitation Gym is offered at our Mammoth location (121 College Parkway, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546) in the gym of the South Gateway Apartments.

Rehab Gym (45 minutes): Elevate Class Pass Pricing

Rehabilitation Gym is intended for individuals who have had an Elevate Movement Evaluation or who are enrolled in formal physical therapy. Participants must be independent in their exercise program. Rehab gym sessions do not replace evaluation, treatment, or assessment by your physical therapist.

Sign up early! Classes with fewer than 3 participants enrolled 12 hours in advance are subject to cancellation.

Notify us of plan changes early! Participant class cancellations with less than 12-hour notification are subject to charge.
