Cancellation Policy

We are aware of and sensitive to the fact that sometimes life can disrupt and alter our best intentions and plans. In these situations, whenever possible and to your fullest capacity, we ask that you cancel scheduled activities with as much notice as possible to ensure that others’ participation in the activity is minimally affected. We ask for your full cooperation with the following policy:

  • An appointment or course enrollment MUST BE CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO START TIME or the standard fee may be charged for that activity.

  • A class enrollment MUST BE CANCELLED AT LEAST 12 HOURS PRIOR TO START TIME or the standard fee may be charged for that activity.

  • No cancellation fee will be charged if the scheduled activity is cancelled prior to the stated cutoff time.

  • If you fail to show for your scheduled activity without cancellation per the policy, you will be charged the standard fee for that activity.

  • Repeated failure to comply with this attendance policy may result in your name being placed on a waitlist where you will be offered enrollment only after placement of other participants is given priority.

In the event that a scheduled activity must be cancelled by Elevate due to inclement weather, unsafe environmental or travel conditions, facility or staff unavailability, inadequate sign-ups, etc.:

  • Notification of activity cancellation will be sent via email to all enrolled participants at least 3 hours prior to start time.

  • Notification of activity cancellation will be attempted by phone to all enrolled participants if cancellation occurs less than 3 hours prior to start time.

  • Participants will not be charged/class pass will not be deducted for classes cancelled by Elevate.

  • Participants will not be charged for appointments cancelled by Elevate, and payment may be refunded or carried forward to a re-scheduled appointment.

  • Participants will not be refunded for sessions in course/workshop series cancelled by Elevate, though Elevate will make every attempt to schedule make-up sessions for cancelled activities.
