Whether you prefer snagging first chair or leading the skin track, carving groomers or floating pow, ski/snowboard-specific strength and conditioning can help you avoid injury and get the most out of the season. Course will include:

  • small group environment and chance to meet new ski buddies

  • circuit format and modification options for self-paced progression and challenge

  • mobility, strength and endurance, muscle balance, and dynamic control exercises for injury prevention

Operation Mountain Freedom is Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra’s (DSES) Winter Military Sports Camp which offers a special opportunity for military participants to experience the exhilaration of adaptive snow sports including alpine skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing in a supportive mountain community. Elevate provides wellness workshops including Qigong & Tai Chi, Mat Mobility, and Nutrition as part of the camp experience.
