Grief Support Group

Our grief support group incorporates healthy grieving to aid in the healing process through providing a venue to discuss experience, share ideas, and provide emotional support to one another. We all experience loss or change that triggers transitions in life requiring us to redefine ourselves. You are not alone. Please join us for the support you need in your personal journey.

“Good Grief” typically meets every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month at noon. This is an open group and regular participation is not required. Participants may join at any time and "drop in" as needed. This group is intended to foster an empathic and supportive environment to aid in the healing process. Individuals may participate as much as they are comfortable or just be present if that suits them.
