Multiple Sclerosis Support Group

The purpose of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Support Group is to build an empathic and nurturing community to connect people with similar experiences. By providing a forum for emotional support, social companionship and a shared bond, we hope that those with MS will strengthen their emotional wellbeing, learn coping strategies for managing their condition, and not feel alone in their daily struggles. Discussions will include the impacts of MS, tips on managing symptoms, treatment options, and self-care topics such as nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle choices.

This group is a monthly support group for those living with MS and the loved ones supporting them. MS Group typically meets the first Tuesday of the month at noon. Meeting times and topics will be discussed and confirmed by participants for the following sessions. Individuals may participate as much as they are comfortable or just be present if that suits them.
