1:1 Pilates Instruction

Every body is different. Identify imbalances through a personal movement exam with a doctor of physical therapy and certified Pilates instructor. Focus on your unique needs and goals through a Pilates movement session specific to your body. Move forward with greater efficiency and confidence.

*Individual Therapeutic Pilates sessions are currently offered only in our Bishop physical therapy clinic location (162 South Main Street, Bishop, CA).

    Our certified Pilates instructor is a doctor of physical therapy with extensive continuing education in movement sciences to help you develop a Pilates program individual to your body and goals.

  • Quality Equipment

    From resistance bands, stability balls, foam rollers, and magic rings to our Pilates reformer and chair, we have the equipment to suit your preferences and goals.

  • Pre and Post Rehabilitation

    Therapeutic Pilates can help pre and post rehabilitation individuals build healthy and efficient movement to decrease pain and prevent future injury.

  • Athletic Performance Training

    Therapeutic Pilates is tailored to your individual body and goals. Develop precise, full-body movement for enhanced athletic function, performance, and longevity.

Mondays 12:00 - 1:00PM

Wednesdays 11:00 - 12:00PM

Fridays 2:30 - 3:30PM

Individual Therapeutic Pilates appointments are currently offered only in our Bishop Physical Therapy Clinic location (162 South Main Street, Bishop, CA 93514).

Price:

Therapeutic Pilates Single Session: $75 (session expires within 6 months of purchase)

Therapeutic Pilates 4-Pack: $260 (sessions expire within 6 months of purchase)

Some costs associated with Individual Therapeutic Pilates may be covered by certain insurance plans. We do not bill your insurance directly for classes. You can pay out of pocket and ask your health insurance plan what steps you need to take to get reimbursed. Often a letter of medical necessity from your doctor is required when seeking reimbursement. You may also be able to use your employer-provided flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to help pay for some expenses with pretax dollars.

Requirements:

Participants younger than 18 years of age are required to have parental consent. This course is not open to individuals younger than 14 years of age at this time. Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and learning, and we recommend you bring a hand towel and water bottle.

Cancellations:

Notify us of plan changes early! Cancellations with less than 24-hour notification are subject to charge.
