  • Bike Fit

    Biomechanical bike fitting (saddle, reach, cleat alignment, and posture) to reduce pain and improve power on your actual bike. Bring your bike, shoes, and any recent injury notes.

  • Movement Evaluation

    Head-to-toe screen of mobility, strength, and control with targeted tests for your sport, job, or life priorities. Leave with a clear plan, activities & drills, and what to watch.

  • Strength Coaching

    Technique-first, goal-driven strength sessions. We’ll dial in exercise selection, load, and progression for return-to-sport, performance, or resilient daily living.

  • Blood Flow Restriction Training

    Low-load training with calibrated cuffs to drive strength/size when heavy lifting isn’t appropriate. Includes medical screening and education.

  • Health Coaching

    Evidence-based behavior change for stress, sleep, energy, and habits. Expect clear next steps, accountability, and tools you can use at work and at home.

  • Nutrition Counseling

    Practical fueling for training, recovery, and everyday health, especially at altitude. We’ll personalize macros, hydration, and timing to your routine and goals.

  • Yoga Therapy

    One-to-one, breath-led movement and nervous-system regulation tailored to your needs (mobility, pain, stress). Focused on function.

  • Recovery Services

    Targeted soft-tissue work and assisted stretching to reduce tension and restore range. Options include manual therapy and focused massage.

Appointment FAQs

  • Use the Mindbody Appointments scheduler below. Choose a service, select a provider, and confirm.

  • Evaluations establish goals, testing, and a plan. Follow-ups progress your program and reassess priorities.

  • Cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a late-cancel fee or forfeited credit.

  • Most evaluations are 55–60 minutes; follow-ups 40–45 minutes. Exact durations appear in the booking widget.

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in, footwear you train in, a water bottle to hydrate, and any relevant records.
    Bike Fit: bike, cycling shoes, shorts.
    BFR: sleeves/shorts that allow cuff placement.
    Nutrition/Health Coaching: a typical day’s intake and meds/supplements list (if applicable).

  • Yes, with a parent/guardian present for evaluation and consent.

  • We’ll do our best, but sessions end on time to respect the next appointment.

  • We screen for contraindications (i.e. history of clots, uncontrolled hypertension, pregnancy). Your clinician will review risks/benefits before starting.

  • For emergencies (severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden neurologic symptoms), call 911. Appointments are not emergency care.

  • If you’re in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crises, call or text 988 (U.S.) for 24/7 support. Our groups are not emergency services.

  • A trained facilitator (clinician or peer leader) who keeps time, upholds ground rules, and shares resources.
